Summary:
Do you want to earn some extra cash with a flexible work schedule? If so, join our team for exciting events such as concerts and VIP dinners as an On-Call Server! On-call employees have the flexibility to work occasionally to earn some extra cash, and the starting wage is $18 per hour plus tips!! On-Call employees are not eligible for company benefits or incentives.
Essential Functions:
Include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Obtains assigned station from Manager at start of work shift.
Greets guests and presents menus, making suggestions and answering questions regarding food, beverages, specials, and service.
Responsible for knowledge of menu content, ingredients, options, methods of preparation, and special request availability.
Assures prompt service of food and beverage items.
Assures guest orders are prepared properly and promptly.
Performs side work before, during and at end of shift.
Maintains stock of workstation, bussing duties as necessary.
Displays ability to keep up with peak period demands.
Communicates with wait staff and Manager-On-Duty to maintain service efficiency.
Works with Cooks, Bartender and serving staff.
Assures immediate clean-up of spills or correction of hazards.
Reports all accidents and/or unsafe conditions to Manager-On-Duty and Security Department.
Assures compliance with personnel and department policies and procedures.
Performs other general duties as directed by the Front of the House Supervisor.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED with restaurant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
TRAINING AND/OR
Experience:
One year server and public relations experience preferred.
Must be 18 or older.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
