We are looking for a Superstar Fitness Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in the fitness industry, have a passion for helping people, and have the ability to lead and motivate others.
The Fitness Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing fitness programs, managing staff, and providing guidance and support to members.
This position requires exceptional people skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to develop innovative strategies to increase membership.
Personal training experience and/or certification is a major plus but is not required.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement fitness programs for members.
Develop and maintain relationships with members to ensure their satisfaction.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.
Provide guidance and instruction to members on proper exercise techniques.
Monitor member progress and adjust programs as needed.
Typical availability is 9:
00 am - 6:
00 pm on weekdays and 9:
00 - 2:
00 pm on Saturdays.
Pay range is $20 - $30 per hour (DOE) plus membership incentives and a performance bonus.
