Regular, Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent is expected to work in accordance with the mission, purpose, and values of the Colusa Indian Community Council.
Colusa Indian Community Council, in compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act, is committed to maintain a workplace free of drugs and alcohol.
As a routine part of the pre-employment process, all candidates for employment must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; distribute items to appropriate staff or department.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs data entry into Microsoft Office.
Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Assists with the management of the Events calendar.
Produces copies of documents for distribution to staff or Tribal members.
May perform other duties commensurate with the functions and level of the position.
MINIMUM
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
One (1) year or more of experience working in a similar setting.
Licensing:
Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License.
SUPERVISORIAL DUTIES:
None ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment & able to multi-task.
Flexibility and ability to assist others when needed.
Must enjoy working with diverse groups of people.
Office Suite and PC knowledge.
Dedicated hard worker with ability to report to work on a daily basis.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
